I've got some important events coming up and quite a lot of things to organise. I am aware that my stress levels are increasing so I can take steps to eat the right foods to help.

Signs of stress may include cravings, weight gain, poor concentration, low energy, insomnia, mood swings, digestive disturbances and skin problems. Or perhaps struggling to “wake-up” in the morning, only to get a “second wind” in the evening.
